In the streak of FUCK YOUs going out lately, I have to give one to ATT.
First, their sales guy showed me a bunch of numbers, to suck me into their service from 320 a month at verizon, for same service but better phones with ATT at 180 a month. The phones they gave us were wrong to begin with, and that was a month long nightmare to get fixed. And it didn’t even get fixed, I just got my daughter’s line fixed and jsut quit carrying a work phone. Which, yeah, super glad to give my personal number out just because I didn’t want to fight with ATT anymore.
Then my last bill for Verizon, including the 4 phones I turned in to ATT, at $2900. Went to turn the bill in to ATT, like the sales guy had suggested, and ATT said huh? We don’t do that. So I had to absorb $2900 into a credit card because that was my only option. THANKS, ATT.
Now, why the fuck would they get rid of this? It takes nothing to fucking operate this system. Fucking nothing.
Fuck you again, AT&T. Fuck you.
